Job Summary
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is seeking top-tier candidates for the Head Coach - Women's Soccer position. The incumbent will be expected to administer the Women's Soccer program, conduct practices, identify and recruit top-tier student-athletes, develop competitive schedules and ensure compliance with NCAA and Horizon League governing rules and regulations.

The Milwaukee Women's Soccer team is an NCAA Division I team competing as a member of the Horizon League and have won the Horizon League regular season championship the last 6 out of 7 years with a record of 58-2-4 in regular season play (101-16-13 overall). The UWM Panthers have also won the last four Horizon League tournaments as well, earning them berths in the NCAA tournament, including advancing to the second round the past two years. UWM is looking to continue their long winning tradition.

Minimum Qualifications
-Bachelors degree
-At least 5 years of experience coaching womens soccer (with at least 3 years at the collegiate level)

Preferred Qualifications
-Demonstrated contribution to a successful womens soccer program
-NCAA coaching experience and familiarity with NCAA rules
-Experience Managing Administrative duties of a soccer program
-Demonstrated ability to recruit and coach high-level student-athletes
-Demonstrated ability to foster a positive environment for athletic & academic success
